BASUG and its local partner in Bangladesh, ENDEAVOUR has been implementing a project titled, “Safe and pure drinking water assurance” in Hobiganj and Chittagong district now. Under this project, nearly 30 tube wells will be installed in the project areas. The project is being supported by a Dutch development organization, Expanding Horizon.

Meanwhile, a total of 18 beneficiaries and 18 tube wells installation sites have been selected. After completion in Hobiganj they will move to Chittagong areas. ENDEAVOUR informs us that tube well installation materials have already been bought through competitive market selection and quotation and the tube wells and other work will be completed within the stipulated time of the project.
